Port House Letterkenny student accommodation offers great facilities at affordable prices. Please see below for a breakdown of student rates by room type. Students applying to stay at Port House enter into an agreement to occupy the property for the lease period and are liable for rent during this lease term. Thw duration of the weekly stay is Sunday evening 4pm to Friday morning 11am. At this point the apartment must be vacated
Port House rent is paid in weekly installments and broken down as follows;

The Details
Security Deposit: €450 per person security deposit is payable. This is refundable after the end of the academic year less damages or missing items. Wear and tear is taken into consideration, but excessive damage is payable by the student
Includes - Bins, Electricity, (Fair Usage applies) Wifi, TV with terestrial channels, parking space and security
Excludes - Gas Bills
